Since 1995, he has personally worked with over 100 private equity firms and 700 operating companies, focusing on manufacturing; supply chain management; and commercial operations such as pricing, processing and sales. Overseas, Tim has worked in Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, China, Indonesia, and the UK. His firm also operates in Eastern Europe. He is the author of the book Shocking Profit: How to discover your company’s hidden value.
