We are challenged by Jesus’ words in Luke 14:26—that true discipleship requires loving Him above even family and our own life. What seems “impossible” for us is the very place God calls us to deeper surrender.

We were reminded that Christ is not part of our life—He is our life (Colossians 3:4). Following Him means laying down our will and praying, “whatever, whenever, wherever.” Like David in Acts 13:36, may we serve God’s purpose in our generation with hearts fully surrendered to Him.
