We know that every time an author in Scripture repeats something, its because the subject is really important. Thats why, in chapter 4 of his letter, James continues to write about humility. He wants to make sure we understand that its an essential ingredient for spiritual revival. As Stephen reminds us in this message, reformation is first and foremost a humbling experience.
