Building culture happens naturally, whether we mean for it to or not. But building the culture we desire requires intent and lots of attention.

This means that we reward and celebrate what we want in the culture, but this alone is not enough. In order to have the culture we want, we must also confront what we don't want in the culture. And confrontation in the Kingdom looks very differently than what we typically know as confrontation.
