The ReWatcher returns and he's being punished worse than Frank Castle's foes by sitting through 1989's The Punisher starring Dolph Lundgren.

Tom goes into why there's been so many Punisher films despite the fact they've rarely been good or successful. He talks the baffling decision not to include the Punisher skull but the weird creative choice to make Dolph's face look like a skull... kinda. He also breaks down the ups and many downs of the film, that was probably better off forgotten.
