Luke 5:1-5

  • A problem with rewinding: when we rewind for God, it's almost like we think we are giving God new information.

    • Luke 5:6-7

    • We miss appointments with Jesus in the here and now when we spend all of our time rewinding and fast forwarding.

      • Luke 5:8-11

      • They didn't worry about the past anymore.
      • You have the same opportunity that Peter had, to live in the past or to follow Jesus now: to live for your present in His presence.

        • Will you start this year by letting God have the remote?
