Our bodies have a natural hardwired instinct to stay safe. When our bodies feel pain, discomfort, uncomfortability, or anything out of routine, the body will send signals to your brain forcing you to stop (quit). When this message gets relayed, you then have two choices: Give in and quit, or keep pushing and achieve progress/growth. This is a consistent action within fitness that builds and strengthens you to be the unbreakable human you can be. In this episode I want to share how you can absolutely fight your own psychological make up to see your potential.
