In this episode, I will introduce the first 2 steps of the process I call, “The Limiting Belief Blaster”. There are 4 steps total, and this process will be the way in which you stop allowing your ego to drive the vehicle. 

• Step 1- What is the belief? Where did it start? Childhood? Generational? A past life?
• Step 2- You must say it in a way that wakes up your conscious brain.  
• An “I AM THAT” statement. 
• If the belief is that you need to be accessible and available 24/7 to be successful, and that started as a child- then in order to get your conscious mind to create new instructions, you must make that belief sound wrong.  
• In part 7 we will discuss steps 3 and 4.
