President Bush used his Veterans Day speech to play politics. He claims that critics of the Iraq War had the same evidence as he did leading up to the war. But that's not entirely true.

So the President wound up using the standard strategy to lift his poll numbers -- apparently unaware that the blame shifting is probably largely to blame for his falling numbers.
