Episode Description:
In this first episode of Soul Sessions, we begin at the root, the subconscious mind. I explore how the beliefs and patterns we absorb as children quietly shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and life as a whole. From love and attachment to perception and emotional responses, so much of our present experience is influenced by what was once learned unconsciously.
This episode is meant to open the door, not answer everything. I skim the surface of deeper concepts, real-life scenarios, and possibilities that we’ll explore more fully in future episodes. Think of this as a taste, an introduction to the kind of conversations, reflections, and inner work we’ll be doing together.
Some of these ideas are inspired by The Road Less Traveled: A New Psychology of Love, Traditional Values, and Spiritual Growth by M. Scott Peck, M.D., a foundational work on emotional and spiritual growth.
If anything here resonates, stick around. There’s much more beneath the surface and this is just the beginning.
