If you all have been following me I am on prep, and training at a new gym.

And not by choice by situational.

Now my first two weeks at this gym I hated it, and music sucks, and old

People all around.

I was telling myself this, but this week I was telling myself this is what I

Have let's make it work.

So first experience I hated  it, couldn’t find my groove, second experience I

Hyped myself up and made it work, I changed my state,and my

Workout was great.

You see all I did was change my perspective of the gym, and

Anyone of you can tap into this for anything.

Now this is going to be for someone who is going through a hard time,

Like me.

You are frustrated, you have debt, or something that triggered you.

The hard part about these situations isn’t the hrd time but the meaning we attach

To these times.

Answer attach the meaning and tell ourselves this story.

This gym sucks right, it sucks because i LOST MINE, and I was used to mine

And the loud music.

OR I am depressed cause blahh, blaaahh, blahhh.

Now with all this meaning/stories but we have a negative feeling around it.

Does that make sense??

So changing your story is also how you view situations and choosing to

Look at things from a different point of view.

Success without fulfillment and happiness is nothing.

SO, making a decisions to view it from a point that it gives value

Instead of take something away from you

Is very important.

And I am going into the micro vs macro.
