Post-Semester/Christmas shenanigans.  What is life? lol Make a list and hold on as we chat it up.  

This upcoming semester FA 2020 has me a little concerned with learning + Covid19 learning experience.  I hope you all understand that we're in this together and just sharing my concerns and hopes for our next semester.  Just a little extra bonus rant for the week.  :) 

I shared my thoughts on what I have heard throughout my life that we as "Indians" forgot to visit with one another.  I ATTEMPT to unpack some of the conversations I have had around this particular topic.  Shared some stories of people I have met and how conversations were initiated.   

Introduction to Rezzy Scholars Podcast. 

This is our first official episode here on Rezzy Scholars and I wanted to break ground with talking about my favorite activist, Pamela Palmater.  The two books I am referencing in this podcast are:

1) Indigenous Nationhood Empowering Grassroots Citizens by Palmela Palmater

These two books have generated a lot of talking points for me in various classes and helped me understand and see the barriers our First Nations brothers and sisters face.  I highly recommend these two books.
