Today Rita Frazer talks with Illinois State University weed wizard Dr. John Sedbrook.

Dr. Sedbrook is working with CoverCress Inc. and his team at the university to alter the genes of the covercrop pennycress. Sedbrook explains they not only have been discovering a likely new edible wonder crop, but also unmasking a new opportunity for year round growing in Illinois.
