I MCed for a sales conference yesterday for around 140 people all sales agents. We had a plethora of top leaders in Australia share what are they doing to achieve success in a changing and challenging market here in Australia and I thought I would share some of the key takeaways.

Brett Roenfeldt, the President of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia opened the sales conference yesterday and what I loved about what Brett said is, "Your belief system would really determine your outlook and the actions that you take. You can either believe that this is the worst time to be in real estate or you can believe that it's the best".

Historical data indicates that 50% of real estate businesses in Australia won't actually make any money this year. And many won't be around by the end of the year.
