Crime Club.  Episode 28, No Time For Murder.  A lawyer takes a night walk on Madison Avenue.  He sees a man mistreating a lady and steps in to help her out.  He knocks the guy out and is the woman’s hero, until a cop shows up.  The guy that was knocked out is gone and the lady claims that the lawyer was trying to kill her.  The cop takes the lawyer to jail.  And that’s just the opening scene for this episode.  (September 25, 1947)

Escape.  Episode 67, The Lost Special.  The ‘Special’ in the title refers to a train.  What’s so special about it?  Well for one, it appears to have vanished into thin air.  (February 12, 1949)
