The RH Company, formerly Restoration Hardware, and the CPSC have recalled the RH 5-Arm Wine Barrel Chandeliers. Hardware parts used to hang the chandeliers may fracture causing the chandelier to fall from the ceiling and create an injury hazard. If you have one of these chandeliers, do not allow your family or friends to pass directly beneath it. Contact RH to arrange a free in-home repair or replacement.
