Transform means to "change", and this change occurs in four levels;

•Nature

•Function

•Appearance

•Character

Many believers know scripture, have good intentions, and even pray consistently; yet their lives and work do not show distinction, influence, and tangible impact. Because in the Kingdom, revelation without execution produces frustration.

Anything God values, He measures, and work is no exception. What makes work valuable and meaningful in the Kingdom is not how much money the work commands.

Work is not a curse.

Work is not a punishment.

Work is not a result of Adam's fall.

Work existed before the fall — in the Garden, before sin ever entered.

God designed work as a divine architecture for man to express dominion over the earth. (Genesis 2:15)

You were not made to suffer through work. You were made to reign through it.

One thing to note with God is that He does not change lives by changing circumstances. Rather, He gives us the tools to change circumstances by upgrading the mind. Our dominion over the earth is tied to our ability to think; no one can produce a quality of life above their level of thinking.

Central to a man's ability to express dominion is the strategic use of his mind. Every great achievement in history did not begin in the hands of men; it began in the minds of men.

Work is not merely employment or an economic activity. Employment is the least expression of work because most often, employment has very little to do with divine purpose or dominion.
