Rhiannon is best know as one of the Uk's most established Nutritionists. With a large social following and multiple books under her belt, Rhiannon inspires people to look art Nutrition in an accessible and realistic way through her company Rhitrition. Before finding her current career, Rhiannon trained and performed as a classical vocalist and recording artist. In this episode Rhiannon shares her journey from the stage to her new world of health and nutrition. She discusses the importance of different passions and how one door closing can sometimes lead you to the most exciting and fulfilling challenges.
