  • Electrolyte Imbalance

  • Heat Imbalance

     
     

    Focus on: -

     

    Clothing light

  • Replenishing water (Correct qty) and sales (Nuun Tabs)

  • Run slower (20 secs slower per mile for every 5def F increase in temperature)
