For many of us DOING is what keeps us living, surviving and sane. We've learned that we can work our way out of most situations. What if there is another way? What if instead of hustle harder or work longer the remedy is actually REST?
I am the product of immigrant parents and so hard work, tenacity, perseverance and resilience seems to be innate to my fabric; but I also believe work/rest rhythm to be just as part of me and I'd dare to say you too. We've become disconnected from rest and more acquainted with other practices.
On today's episode we explore that you can't just work or power through healing and wholeness. If you're going to work through Wholë Shxt long term, rest has to be a part of the plan.
