The New York Jets have officially pushed me to my breaking point.

After a 28–25 loss to the previously winless Miami Dolphins, I'm questioning whether Aaron Glenn is the long-term answer. From another disastrous end-of-half performance to Garrett Wilson's frustration and the endless cycle of rebuilding, there's plenty to get off my chest.

Meanwhile, the New York Giants went into Houston as double-digit underdogs and pulled off an overtime upset. I'll happily admit I got that one wrong.

Elsewhere in the NFL, the Indianapolis Colts are tearing everything down, Seattle just held Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs to three points, and Brian Flores has the undefeated Minnesota Vikings playing some outrageous defensive football.

The 2026 World Series is here, and baseball has a whole lot more going on than just the games.

The Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays are battling for their first World Series championship, and Game 1 gave us an ending you couldn't script. Milwaukee escaped with a 3–2 victory after an apparent game-ending double play was overturned on review—with the victory fireworks already going off.

Rice on the Radio is back after a two-week hiatus, and the NFL looks completely different.

Ian starts with the Jets and an almost unbelievable stat: they’ve been outscored 100-6 in the final two minutes before halftime under Aaron Glenn. David Bailey and Braelon Allen are giving Jets fans reasons for optimism, but the same question remains — when are the Jets finally going to find their franchise quarterback?

Then it’s over to the Giants, where John Harbaugh is already putting his fingerprints on the organization. Najee Harris is gone, the NFC East is wide open, and Ian explains why the Giants should stop waiting and take the swing with J.J. McCarthy.

Week 4 is already here — and that means “it’s still early” is starting to lose its expiration date.
