Geoffrey interviews Matt Ortile, the author of his memoir "The Groom Will Keep His Name: And Other Vows I've Made About Race, Resistance, and Romance." Matt talks about his creative process, the colonial history of the Philippines, and, of course, rice queens and dairy queens. Geoffrey also talks about the recent passing of his grandmother, and they each share their grief, giving each other advice on the path towards clarity and self-acceptance.
