Rich Ganley—known as the "Positive Impact Executive" (the PIE Guy)—is a purpose-driven entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building successful, people-centered businesses. Throughout his career, Rich has founded and scaled companies across multiple industries, including Global Mobility Solutions (GMS), Homefair.com—one of the first 700 dot-com companies in the world—Van Go Activities, In-A-Visit, and Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa. Each venture is unified by a commitment to thoughtful design, operational excellence, and meaningful human outcomes. In 2022, Rich founded the Positive Impact Alliance (PIA), a mission-driven organization dedicated to honoring and supporting public servants. In partnership with local governments, PIA created the Recharge Room®, a science-backed wellness solution designed to help first responders, educators, and public servants reduce stress and improve mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Recharge Rooms now serve communities in 15+ cities in 6 states, delivering measurable, life-changing impact to those who serve others every day. Rich's leadership philosophy centers on creating environments where individuals feel supported, empowered, and positioned to perform at their best—personally and professionally. In recognition of his leadership and community impact, he was named 2023 Businessman of the Year by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. Rich lives in Mesa, Arizona, and is the proud father of three grown children, all happily married, and a joyful grandfather of six ("Poppa"). He is actively involved in volunteer work and enjoys lifelong learning, audiobooks, serving others, skiing, TED Talks, yoga, biking, and hiking.
