The Independent Brewers Association is increasing its focus on professional development within the Australian brewing indusrty and has been steering the creation of certificate level courses, including brewery traineeships. It will soon have a guide to training out for members.

In this conversation we catch up with IBA Director Richard Adamason. Richard leads the association's People project group and is developing a training plan for the industry in addition to focusing on education, WH&S and wellbeing.

Richard outlines what is being done in the training space and outlines the current options for vocational training.
