After graduating as electronics engineer, Richard has become a respected business leader in high technology environments. He has successfully managed development and manufacturing projects; a variety of business units, including logistic support; sales & marketing operations. He has 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry, amongst others leading ICM to becoming the provider of world’s most proven self-service bag drop solutions.

His passion is seeing ICM play a significant role in transforming the traveller check-in process and bringing it forward into the 21st century ICM Airport Technics is a rapidly growing Sydney-based company that specialises in the provision of self-service baggage solutions for airports and airlines all over the world.
