Welcome, Hudson Valley to this week’s edition of IN TOUCH, the public affairs and issues program that runs across Townsquare Media of the Hudson Valley radio stations.
Happy Holidays! It’s hard to believe that it’s only two weeks until Christmas, and three weeks until the new year. One thing I’m grateful for this holiday season are the connections that I’ve made through In Touch, and the fact I’ve been able to share it with you.
Though it’s only 2 weeks until Christmas, we have plenty of time to be charitable and spread goodwill toward man. This week’s guest on In Touch is Richmond Arce from Astor Services. Astor Services offers Family Driven Care, providing children’s mental health, child welfare, and early childhood development services in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley region and the Bronx since 1953. Astor Services is once again holding their Adopt-A-Family program to support Astor families during the holidays. Not just that, we discuss a number of the stigmas still following mental health in this post-pandemic world, along with breaking stigmas about Astor Services themselves, assuring that they offer comprehensive care for families as a whole.
