Do not look behind you at what could have been, or what was. Look to God who blooms flowers in the desert.
Jesus said, No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
God’s people need a clear vision ahead, not a distraction from the world around them, the past behind, or the worry of a future that may never come.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God……that the person of God may be perfect…thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
The word of God records the thoughts of God towards his people – that’s you! We are a part of God’s people.
His word prepares you for all good works.
The desert needs you. It needs to see the beauty of holiness and experience hope.
The worldly spirits fight the truth, but those in those spirits’ bondage want to escape. They will welcome the desert bloomed roses of Christ.
Isaiah 35:1-5
Press on, move forward. Do not look back. Do not worry about the dryness of the world around you, but allow your life to blossom and reveal the beauty of God and the hope of salvation to those needing to be delivered.
Sermon by Pastor Nathan Harding
Singing trees, salvation, restored family, and a healing from cancer!
In 1950, a young boy (Billy) met a prisoner at the courthouse. The result was that the boy found salvation and grew to be a pastor and preaching missionary. In 1996, a baby girl, blind from birth, was brought to the pastor (Bill) for prayer and God healed her overnight. Hear both of these accounts in this episode.
