As the new Head Coach of the Winnipeg Jets, Rick describes the organization's decision to remove Blake Wheeler as the team's captain for the upcoming season. He also talked about his decision to join the Jets following a four-year stint as Head Coach for the Dallas Stars and what factors resulted in him finalizing an agreement with the organization.
