Back in 1991, Rick Dove led a government project to explore improvements to manufacturing at that time. The word "agile" was chosen which influenced the creators of the Agile Manifesto a decade later. Rick published two books "Response Ability" and "Value Proposition" and hundreds of articles that relate to agile. I am glad I had a chance to speak with an early influencer that still influences today. Enjoy.
