This morning, Rick and Mysti prayed for Newton High School in Newton, NJ.  It was shared with us that the school community lost one of their own in a horrific car accident.  Also, we prayed for Lenape Valley Regional High School in Stanhope, NJ and thanked God for protecting hundeds of students who were at the school during last night's severe weather.

Introducing the new segment: Letter's to Mysti!

Week #1-

Dear Mysti,

I have been crying for two hours now, over just 20 pounds.  I just turned 16 yesterday and I feel so fat.  My schedule got too busy for exercise and I have been inactive and sitting for 6 months.

I know what to do…  I need to reduce calories and start exercising.  But I am terrified of going out and running because it’s something I’ve never done before.  I don’t want to see the passing glances from people walking by or driving by.

I don’t know what to do.  I don’t want to eat anymore.  I’m so weak.

Mysti, please help.
