A conversation with Rick Siemon. Rick has overcome much in life. From weight loss and fitness, to his current recovery from brain surgery.

Rick has superior canal dehiscence syndrome, (SCDS), which is caused by an abnormal opening between the uppermost semicircular canal in the upper part of the inner ear and the brain. 

Tri-athlete, marathoner, ultra-marathoner, trail-runner, and overall great person. Rick tells how his mind set of, "show up tomorrow," is leading him to more than a full recovery.
