The Food and Drug Administration and the Rico Brand company are recalling Rico Ready-To-Eat Cheese and Chicken Enchiladas as they contain the previously-recalled Rizo-Lopez listeria-contaminated Queso Fresco cheese.  Affected are lot #s 0234, 0264, 0304, and 0334.


These enchiladas were sold in northern Utah supermarkets including Smith’s,, Harmons’s, Macey’s The Store, and Fresh Markets.
