Roli comes from a hard working family that taught him the value of being true to yourself.  A black belt in BJJ with GFTeam, UFC Veteran, gym owner, and realtor.  When he isn't teaching people how to fight he spends his time doing DIY projects around his property or selling houses to people.  We talk about family, the importance of being self-aware, his time at the UFC, helping others fulfill their dreams, being a dad, being a good partner and what happens when someone doesn't want to close a house with him.
