  • Apparently I’m Making Habits That Will Enrich My Life

Oh hey there!! Hayley is back with another episode, and THIS time, she’s talking about making new habits to, quite honestly, keep herself afloat.

She’s also decided that this is basically just a journal now, so it doesn’t even matter if you listen. In fact, please don’t listen. This is reverse psychology.

So, sit down with a brew, stick this on while you’re cleaning the kitchen, or just have it playing in the background while you pretend to be productive. It really doesn’t matter.

    Welcome back to Riddled.

  • So...I Think I Need To Decentre Men

In today’s episode, Hayley gets into the idea of decentring men. Not because she’s founding a new feminist cult (she hasn’t even got the soapbox out yet), but because she’s starting to wonder how much time and energy she spends thinking about men, dating, and being desirable.

Consider this your permission slip to put the phone down, stop checking who’s viewed your Instagram story, put your feet up, and settle into your new, slightly more self-centred era.

    The future is women!!!

  • Why Do I Stop My Podcast When I'm Seeing Someone?

    Hello!! Back from another break!

In this episode of Riddled, Hayley returns (again!) after another unexpected hiatus and attempts to explain where she's been. She chats about her new artwork, the clowning around that went into creating it (wink wink), and catches you up on what's been happening in her life.

    Spoiler alert: she's single.

Tune in for a lovely little catch-up, a few laughs, and, hopefully, give Hayley the encouragement she needs to keep showing up next week... and every week after that.

    Fingers crossed!!

  • Screaming Is Self-Care Actually

You should really sit down for this one.

Today we’re talking overthinking, failed relationships, self-help books Hayley won't read, and a minor existential crisis about the world. Is it healthier to put bad things in a box…or stay angry forever?

She doesn’t know. She doesn’t have any answers. You really shouldn’t come here for that.

Deep breath. Hold for 1, 2, 3, and scream with Hayley.

  • And God Said, Let There Be Mess

Welcome to 2026, the year of the mess!

In this episode, Hayley claws her way into the new year, attempting to be okay with not being perfect. She sets herself the goal of releasing another episode next Sunday (history is not on her side) and plans a routine for the week ahead, built around one soul-feeding activity per day.

    Sounds easy, doesn’t it?

That's where you might be wrong.

  • An Apple A Day

On today’s episode, Hayley tackles the stigma, the side effects, and the strange relief that comes with taking antidepressants. Expect stories of uni loneliness, dodgy NHS “advice,” a tragic plant breakup, and the eternal quest to stop spiralling.

Because you can’t build anything new without checking the quality of your foundations first (yes, she’s still going with that analogy).

  • Building A Life I Actually Like

Season 2 of Riddled is here! Hayley’s rebuilding her life from the foundations up. She's got a new flat, new independence, and, quite frankly, far too much to say about it all.

Tune in for a bumpy ride of self-discovery, oversharing, and the relentless pursuit of bettering yourself.

    The future is now, people!

  • Ep 7 - Riddled With A Validation Addiction

Ever get beeped at by a passing car on a run, and notice when it doesn’t happen too? This week, Hayley unpacks the strange, sticky world of validation: who we want it from, why we crave it, and what it means when it’s missing. She takes an off-script detour into her past, gets (rightfully) mad about how male-centred her life has been, and tries her best to keep things casual and funny.

Side effects may include, but are not limited to: Assuming you don’t look good just because no one’s told you today, feeling weirdly flattered when someone yells “nice arse” at you out of a car window and refreshing your stories every few minutes to see who’s viewed them (and then reading into it like it’s a horoscope).

Buckle in, ladies, cause we're figuring out how to value ourselves on our own today!!!!

  • Ep 6 - Riddled With Dreams I'm Too Scared To Pursue

Dreaming of opening your own café? Becoming a superstar? Travelling to the moon?

Well...hate to break it to you, but none of that happens unless you start.

In this episode, Hayley gets honest about what’s been holding her back from her dreams. Despite finishing her MFA in Creative Writing, she’s barely written since. Why? Fear. Imposter syndrome. And the universal urge to do literally anything else instead of chasing what matters most. But that ends here. This is the episode where we stop stalling and start starting.

Side effects may include, but are not limited to: Cringing at your own Notes app goals, recognising your own avoidance strategies in 4K, Sudden desire to open a Word doc and feeling seen in ways you weren’t prepared for.

P.S. Hayley’s a little raw in this one, so please be kind. Or at least pretend you’re also scared to follow your dreams so she doesn’t feel so alone.

  • Ep 5 - Riddled With Imposter Syndrome

Does anyone even care if I make a podcast?

After taking a week-long hiatus and tearfully calling her dad to say she was quitting, Hayley has officially diagnosed herself with Imposter Syndrome. This week, she’s back with a treatment plan (mostly for herself, but hey, you might need it too).

Side effects may include, but are not limited to: obsessively critiquing everything you create, comparing yourself to the most successful person you know, and whispering “not good enough” to yourself at 2 a.m.

News flash: It’s all in your head! Take back the power and start doing the things you love without fear.

About Riddled

From the publisher's feed

A man on a dating app once told Hayley she was “riddled with fat girl energy” after she corrected his grammar. He meant it as an insult...but she kinda made it her brand. Riddled is where…
