For this final takeover episode, my good friend Tammy came in strong wanting to talk about faith. This is a deeply personal episode and I shared several incredibly formative encounters/experiences that I have shared with only my closest friends over the years. I've always had a fascination with culture and languages from as far back as I can remember.

When the Takeover offer was opened up, my friend Pica said she was curious about my travels and I was SO excited to give her the mic for this! I've traveled almost all of the United States and am steadily checking off my international bucket list.

We spent a great deal of time talking about my time in Tanzania (she got me emotional), which was an experience of deep spiritual and emotional growth. Then, we moved into the adventure of 7 days in a van... in Iceland. Plus, many other pit stops along the way.

I've encountered many cultures in my life and we didn't even touch on the slightest bit of that in this conversation: but, don't worry, we covered a TON of ground as I share how travel has changed me. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Julieta. Where to begin. She grew up in an Argentinian family of girls that were empowered by a strong mother to know their anatomy, know about safe sex, and be in charge of their bodies and pleasure. This wasn't easy growing up in Mormon Utah but she ended up educating her classmates about their bodies and sexuality within a culture that attaches a great deal of shame to female bodies and development, including sexuality and pleasure.

Turns out, it was a foreshadowing of things to come. Now, she is a badass proponent of normalizing pleasure, exploring kink, and owning your sexuality. DO NOT miss this!
