‘Ridiculous’ violations as economy warms up

And we’ll have more about the FMCSA administrator nominee. Also, the FMCSA may delay transmitting your DOT physical information to your state by several years, as well as delaying other parts of the medical examiner regulations. Meanwhile, investigators look into another Tesla crash, and DOT appoints a new “science officer.” And three states are wrestling with rules for who can use the left lane and when, while Alabama is taking steps to ensure local fuel taxes are actually used for roads and bridges.
