We might be invited to face some challenges in our lives : some bigger than others, some more critical, and some less. These challenges might transpire internally or externally, from making a decision within ourselves, and/or dealing with a crisis, such as the pandemic that we are in.
Strength, Stability & Resilience : provides us with a metaphor, in supporting us on the journey, and allowing us to notice, that we possess some of the characteristics of that of a mountain, and that we too, have it in us, to be strong, stable and resilient, amidst the storm that might be raging, in and around us.
Context :
A new wave of adjustments are upon us in Singapore : We will be moving into Phase #1 - Safe Re-Opening next week.
With this new wave of change, we might notice a plethora of thoughts, emotions and physical sensations arise, as we make sense of the new flow of being in this state of affairs.
This new series aims to be a support to teachers, parents, and anyone who might find themselves caught in a moment of flurry, and just some time and space to calm down, recalibrate, and be with themselves and their breath.
May you be well, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be free from suffering.
