Today, Angela Verreynne and I reflect on a moment when I faced up with feelings of insecurity when joining a local cycling group for the first time. Angela briefly relates one of the chapters in her book, ‘rise’ to my situation and we explore the freedom we can find in Jesus when we face feelings that potentially come to the surface in varying circumstances.
