After completing a Vo-Tech program in drafting and design, he spent decades shaping the grain industry—first as a draftsman, then in sales, troubleshooting, and ultimately as a trainer and Product Specialist for GSI/Intersystems. With more than 20 years at Schlagel and another 16 at GSI, Jeff built a reputation as a trusted expert and mentor.
