In the first episode of 2024, Hannah Cox is joined by special guest host Jack Hunter as they discuss a raging war between “trad” conservatives and… ”trad” conservatives where it seems the objective is to determine who hates women’s bodies more.

 

Hannah and Jack examine the impact this kind of rhetoric has on the Right’s ability to attract new supporters, as well as the problems with letting social conservatives dictate right-wing public policy. Then, they turn their attention to a string of (attempted) protests at airports across the nation over the holidays as pro-Palestine protestors attempted to make like the Grinch and steal Christmas.

 

Lastly, they discuss Green Day’s anti-MAGA New Year's Eve performance and the history of political protests via music.
