Despite the mental health crises growing in the Muslim community, there is a severe lack of mental wellness resources. It's for this reason CITM producers/directors Arwa Alkhawaja and Rola Abushaban founded the non-profit organization, RIHLA. In this episode, we interview the Co-founders and Youth Director, Osama Alkhawaja, of RIHLA to discuss the beginnings, core values, and mission of this much needed organization.
