With them working on something they actually want, self-motivation will not be an issue. For example, in his case, he had a real passion for helping others, so he used sustainable technologies to help people that rely on earth to survive. Riley also talks about how journalism played a pivotal role when he had to interact with people to promote his entrepreneurial work.
