In 1988 Radio Canada producer and playboy Gilles Perron was charged with the murder of his wife. Michelle Perron was found slumped in the driver's seat of her Mercury Lynx in the parking lot of a Laval depanneur. She had received eight deep knife wounds to her head that almost completely obliterated her face.
