I shaved my head 2.5 years ago. It was one of the best things I ever did to intentionally shift my thoughts around societal beauty standards and to cultivate a deep inner confidence.

In this episode, I share the beginning of my journey of being a single parent, a single mom, which all started almost 19 years ago. I had no idea at the time how powerful my shifts at that time were and how they’d not only influence the rest of my own life, but also eventually serve as inspiration and healing for others in their lives today.

Today special guest Jessica Shriner joins me and she shares how becoming aware of internal stories about experiences she had growing up has helped her shift out of “masking”. She no longer exists in a headspace that isn’t serving her. She’s since been able to truly leave it all in the past and is now thriving because she’s working and creating at her own pace, aligned with her heart and soul.
