Rinku is a clerk at a bootblack store where all the employees deal with sore feet. One day, when Rinku's boss is out of the store, a customer named Rajat asks for a polish that he's never heard of before. Rajat doesn't have time to wait, so Rinku decides to try to explain the product to Rajat.
