Sandra Duncan is the proud grandmother of Sierra Elizabeth, a vivacious preschooler. She is the co-author of Rethinking the Classroom Landscape: Creating Environments that Connect Young Children, Families, and Communities . She is adjunct faculty at Nova Southeastern University (dissertation chair) and at Ivy Tech Community College and owns before and after school program. Heidi Veal is an Assistant Principal in McKinney, Texas at her district's only Early Childhood School, Lawson ECS and a founding member of the #LeadUpChat PLN.
