Death preferences, when the most precise (and brave) decision in life is choosing death/hospice, making amends is selfish but human, regrets in relationships, being your loved one's nurse is hard (especially if you're not in healthcare), all hospice meds (haloperidol) are not appropriate, seeing someone take their last breath is confusing, healthcare experience is shitty (in USA), best bet is be very rich or don't get sick
