2020 has been a year of a lot of losses of people we held dear to our hearts. What does this then mean for us and the way we been living our lives ?

It’s easy to feel like you’re alone in this journey, like you’re the only one who makes the mistakes that you do, or encounter the problems you face. With this roller coaster of mine I want to let people know that they’re not alone. I want to inspire them to take the good and the bad for what it is and provide a new perspective. Sharing my darkest, lowest, weakest moments, lessons that I’ve learned and the power that got me through them, through this podcast I hope to provide someone the peace they’ve been looking for and hope to continue.
