Vivian had a dream most women would kill for, a Brand Marketing Specialist at L'Oreal, working with top makeup brands. But it wasn't long before she grew tired of the typical 9-5 work day and decided to branch out on her own,
Her first entrepreneur business-venture never really made it off the ground, so she decided to try out independent consulting. It wasn't long before she'd put together an impressive list of clients. From startups to Fortune 500 companies, Vivian knew she had done something right. It wasn't long after that that she was offered a job in a position several levels higher than when she left her previous job, just from building experience on her own time.
Vivian thought if she could do it, so many other women could, too, and RISE was born: The networking community linking creative thinkers with innovative companies to work on projects. RISE also offers affordable health plans for self-employed professionals by women, for women.
