How it all started

The granddaughter of a sharecropper raised in an Amish community, Renee's journey with EHN began in her pre-teen years in Madison, Wisconsin.

Growing up in a city that prioritized the future of under-served youth, she had the opportunity to participate in the Summer Youth Employment Program.
